Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All approved returns are issued in the form of store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you will receive your store credit via email. Store credit can be used on any future purchase on our website.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for store credit and place a new order.
Additional Notes
Maison D’Azur reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
